Social Media Policy
Toyo Engineering Co., Ltd. ('the Company') uses social media platforms such as LinkedIn, note, and Instagram, to communicate its views and initiatives and to promote constructive engagement with society.
This Social Media Policy sets out the Company’s basic approach to the use of social media.
As of June 2026, the Company’s official social media accounts are as follows. Information issued by the Company through social media will be communicated through these official accounts.

Basic Policy and Principles
- The Company aims to build relationships of trust with society through appropriate and sincere communication.
- When participating in social media, officers and employees of the Company shall act with awareness and responsibility as a member of the Company.
Basic Approach to Social Media Participation
- We will clarify the purpose of our communication and strive to provide valuable information.
- We recognize the nature of social media, where information can spread instantly and cannot be fully withdrawn once posted.
- When communicating information related to the Company, we will follow the prescribed approval procedures and internal guidelines, and comply with instructions from the responsible departments.
- We will pay due attention to the protection of confidential information, personal information, and information related to customers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- We will respect the rights of third parties, including copyrights, image rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights.
- We will not post defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content that is contrary to public order or standards of decency, or information whose accuracy cannot be confirmed.
- We will not engage in conduct that lacks transparency, including undisclosed advertising, or stealth marketing.
Supplementary Provision
This Social Media Policy may be reviewed and revised as necessary in response to changes in social conditions and the social media environment.
Community Guidelines
The official social media accounts of Toyo Engineering Co., Ltd. ("the Company") are intended to serve as platforms for constructive and positive dialogue with society.
These Community Guidelines set out rules for using the Company’s official social media accounts so that all users of those accounts ("Users") can participate in communication with confidence. To maintain a useful and safe environment for all Users, we ask that you comply with these Community Guidelines when using the Company’s official social media accounts.
Basic Approach
The Company respects diverse opinions and values, and places importance on communication based on mutual respect.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Please refrain from posting comments or other content that falls under any of the following categories.
If the Company determines that a post or comment falls under any of these categories, the Company may delete or hide the post or comment, block the relevant account or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
- Content that includes defamation, slander, threats, harassment, or other expression directed against the Company or any third party, or content that causes damage or disadvantage to the Company or any third party.
- Spam or any other conduct that interferes with the operation of the Company’s official accounts.
- Political activities, election campaigning, religious activities, or similar activities.
- False content, content that misleads or may mislead third parties, or content that may cause misunderstanding.
- Content that impersonates the Company, its officers or employees, or any other third party.
- Content that alters or modifies information issued by the Company, or content unrelated to information issued by the Company.
- Content that directs users to harmful programs, websites, or similar materials.
- Content that infringes, or may infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, image rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
- Content that includes confidential information or personal information of the Company or any third party.
- Content for commercial purposes including sales activities, solicitation, referrals, advertising, affiliate marketing, or stealth marketing.
- Content that induces or encourages criminal acts.
- Content that includes or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, ideology, creed, religion, or similar grounds.
- Content that violates, or may violate laws and regulations, or public order and standards of decency.
- Content that violates the terms of use or other rules established by the operators of each social media platform.
- Any other content that the Company deems inappropriate.
Comments and Replies
- The Company does not guarantee that it will reply to all comments, messages, or inquiries.
- Depending on the content of an inquiry, the Company may choose not to respond or may direct Users to official information available on the Company’s website, news releases, or inquiry channels.
- The Company cannot respond to inquiries concerning individual transactions, specific projects, or undisclosed information.
Intellectual Property and Other Rights
- Copyrights, image rights, and other rights related to posts and other information ("Posts, etc.") published on the Company’s official accounts belong to the Company or the rightful owners of such rights. Users may share articles and other content posted on the Company’s official accounts using functions such as “share”.
Reposting is permitted provided that the source is clearly indicated. - Copyrights relating to comments and other content posted by Users to the Company’s official accounts belongs to the respective Users. However, by posting content to the Company’s official accounts the Users grant the Company a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use all or part of such content, including through editing, excerpting, reproduction, publication, and translation. Users also agree not to exercise moral rights against the Company in relation to such use.

- Content posted on the Company’s official accounts does not necessarily represent all official announcements or views of the Company. For official information, please refer to the Company’s website, news releases, and timely disclosures.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information posted on its official accounts. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, cost, burden, or other disadvantages incurred by Users as a result of errors in information posted on the Company’s official accounts, or as a result of the Company changing, deleting, not changing, or not deleting such information.
- Posts and other information submitted by other Users to the Company’s official accounts represent the opinions and views of those Users, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for such content.
- The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble or dispute arising between Users, or between a User and any third party in connection with the Company’s official accounts.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, cost, burden, or other disadvantage incurred by Users as a result of the suspension, discontinuation or termination of the Company’s official accounts.
- If the Company obtains personal information from Users, such personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Review of These Guidelines
The Company may revise these Community Guidelines without prior notice in response to changes in the social environment or the social media environment.
