Toyo Engineering Korea Limited (President & CEO: Yoshinari Miyazaki, hereinafter “Toyo-Korea”) announced that it has signed the HTC-P Project contract with HANTOK Chemicals (President & CEO: Hyotaek Ahn) on March 24, 2026, for the construction of a Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide (TMAH) production facility, and has officially commenced the project.

This project involves the construction of a TMAH (Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide) production facility, a key material essential for semiconductor and display manufacturing processes. It is a strategic initiative aimed at responding to the growth of the global semiconductor market and strengthening the domestic supply base for critical materials.

Toyo-Korea will execute the Procurement and Construction (P&C) scope of the project and plans to ensure its stable delivery based on its accumulated engineering and construction expertise.

This contract demonstrates Toyo-Korea’s proven capabilities in the semiconductor materials plant sector and is expected to contribute to expanding its competitiveness and generating additional business opportunities in related fields.
