Toyo Engineering Korea, Award ceremony of Employee Suggestion System in 2011May. 23, 2011
On May 4th, 2011, the award ceremony reflecting creativity from the employee of Toyo Engineering Korea was held at conference room on 9th floor of Toyo building.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Kenjiro Miyashita/CEO, executives and the related staff members and two selected employees were awarded the second place prize with some of cash prize after evaluated the collected 31(thirty one) entries for achieving customer satisfaction and improving company management system continuously during 2010 with following details.
- Seon-Ik Kim(a general manager of Layout & Piping Department) who proposed the method of unification for E-mail Subject
- Kishimura Yukari(an assistant manager of Project Division) who proposed the developing training contents through getting the questionnaire from lecturer
The related staff, who was attended the ceremony, said that we would do our best to invigorate employee suggestion system for the purpose of finding creative ideas.
