Ammonia

Summary

The ammonia is produced combining atmospheric nitrogen with hydrogen which is produced mainly by the hydrocarbons such as the natural gas, LPG or Naphtha, and it is used as raw materials for such as fertilizer or the chemical.

Toyo-Korea can serve large capacity Ammonia project with the most advanced technology from KBR, called the KAAPplustm. Since 2011, Toyo-Korea has undergone 2,500 MTPD Ammonia project in Indonesia, which is one of the biggest Ammonia plant.
Also, the revamping work is ready to be served to optimize the energy consumption and maximize the product capacity with Toyo-Japan technical support. For Middle East project, 6.3% of total energy consumption is successfully saved after Toyo-Korea modification project.
