Name Change to TOYO Engineering Canada Ltd.Oct. 1, 2011　Toyo Engineering Corporation(China)

Tri Ocean Engineering Ltd. changed its name and started as TOYO Engineering Canada Ltd. effective October 1, 2011, and at the same time, Mr. Taro Takahashi assumed the role of President.

Expressing sincere gratitude to clients for providing Tri Ocean with the opportunities of collaboration, TOYO Engineering Canada Ltd. now commits to continue to offer the same services to the upstream and midstream oil and gas market in western Canada but also to target and expand TOYO's business field to the downstream market in Canada and the Americas.

TOYO has formed two major business units in its corporate organization to fully support its business fields. TOYO will provide services to projects under current relationship with clients and will implement projects in any combination of engineering, procurement, and construction, with full range of commercial arrangements from reimbursable to lump sum.

The company will continue to support existing clients to the same and higher standards and looks forward to working with new clients from now onward.
